Undoubtably the most comfortable chair I've ever graced with my backside. The video is a good overview, but fails to explain how incredible the reclining is. You can adjust it in such a way that it works like a rocking chair! Also, when you spin around in recline mode (Yes I do that all the time) it feels like a creamy NASA-designed gyroscope - No squeaks or creaks.

Think by Steelcase feels and looks better.
