Genuine question.. would a split workout count as full body? Or no bc you’re not doing full body lifts?

You could call it total body. These weren’t full body lifts or combo movements that we did today. How this workout was set up was 6 exercises of lower focused in a row and then 6 upper focused in a row. 3 sets of each.

That's the first thing I do when I get a new trimmer...gaurd off! Then I replace the bump head with a quick feed.

What’s a quick feed?

@@d0wnboy It's a bump head that you don't have to take apart to load the string. You poke it through the head, and get your string even on both sides and start twisting. So much faster for us commercial cutter guys. We all love them.

Thanks. I do have the AutoCut 26-2. I was thinking "quick feed" meant feeding string out. I use the 3-strand twisted Stihl string (I don't remember what it's called) but it still amazes me when in these videos the line doesn't get used up faster. I seem to go through a lot when edging. Maybe it's my bad aim.
