I’ve never seen that method used to compress the caliper piston but seemed to work good.

As an IS500 owner I agree with everything you say..but appreciate my extra two doors. I test drove an LC and am thinking to trade for that for the reasons you said. The 10/10ths shift into third is already super illegal speeds in the IS500. The LC is just more rewarding, almost as quick with just a lot more drama. The drone with muffler delete is bad in my opinion. To take the harshness out a couple of vibrant 6" resonators before the tips will take the drone out around 2000rpm when cruising. Dealers seems to rebate cars around here with mods. Might be the same here, I had to revert my last IS500 back to stock to get the max trade in value. They don't want to warranty mods.

I seriously get no drone at all. Under normal driving it's quiet inside.

@@UnWrecked there are a lot of similarities in the two cars, but as you know even with the LC there are differences in the exhaust tuning. Crazy how the same engine can sound so different between models. I don't doubt you though, could be better insulation in the RCF given it is the spicier version of our cars. Congrats, that's an awesome choice..although there is still a place in my heart for the GTR. 😁

Enjoy it bro! My 15 has 141k miles with no problems. And I drive it hard. As for the cooled seats, it's common that they aren't that good. Someone on Etsy makes extensions for the rear floor vents that curve the air into the bottom of the seat. Leave the a/c to floor and vents and they'll work a lot better

Sweet ride 😊. Your issues are caused by the weather. Have 2 Toyota 's and the same happens when it rains moderately or snow. It self corrects luckily

From another molten pearl RCF owner, congratulations. Have had mine for 7+ years and still do much fun to track, mod and drive. I have an RCF series going on my channel. Put it in Sport+, manual and TVD in SLALOM mode and let it rip. Downshift generously as all the power is in the high rooms rpms. LC500 is 400 lbs heavier, much softer and bigger since it is a grand touring car

@@UnWrecked Thanks for the correction. The carbon spoiler had me fooled. I went back and looked at the roof, which is not carbon fiber so yes yours has the LSD.

Yeah, I bought car in the UK not so long ago from " Carbase ". They said that car was inspected but she was not. Car stunk, brake rotors was warped and other little things.
