Bodyboarding was my life in 2001, I watched this all the time. I'm a surfer now and I can say without doubt good surfing is easy compared to good bodyboarding.. Standing up on a board and pulling into barrels and doing a few carves is piss easy compared to proper bodyboarding (ARS, Air reverse, air forward etc etc) Ive been a surfer for almost 10 years now but still find watching technical bodyboarding in heavy waves 100x more interesting and exciting to watch.

Brah I couldn't have summed it up better myself, so true! Watching this vid flooded me with memories of all those epic dawn patrol sessions and after school specials. I'm a grown ass man bound by responsibilities reminiscing the awesome carefree days. If I only knew I'd eventually be culled into the herd I would have even gone harder. No regrets though, only fond memories.
