Blanch the sausages first to not only pre cook them slightly befor cumbing but also to firm them up a bit to remove the skins. The local butcher told me that.

That is basically what I ate every night of my life, with the exception of lamb to beef and sometimes a roast chook. We would occasionally get some spag bol or my Dad would rustle up a stir fry. We would also have the regular green peas or Cauliflower.

How to end supermarket monopolies. Break up their business model by removing meat, fruit & vegetables and bakery products. That is 40% of their business. This would mean their remaining 60% would need to be price competitive. What do you think?
