Hi Nea, I'm sorry to hear this. Usually we find that it is the wrong ink roller for the gun if it doesn't fit. Are you able to let me know if you purchased it from Pricemark?

Hi Linda Without looking at the pricing gun it could be one of a few issues. Have a look to see if you have any labels caught in the gun. Sticky residue might be on some surfaces that feed the labels through so this will need to be cleaned off with an alcohol solution. Also do this on the feeding roll. Correct the labels are aligned on the feeding roll. If the hole is tearing then the label is not lined up properly. It could also be an issue with the labels themselves. Did you purchase these through Pricemark?

What do you mean by the price wheel? Do you mean the knobs on the printhead that change the price, or the internal tractor feeding wheel?

If you're using the tagger at work they should be paying for that for sure! Glad you liked the video. I can't remember if I say this in the video but if I was buying one for personal use I'd 100% go with something like the Banok Standard as they are a really high quality gun and just feel great in your hand. @@danielpapak I don't believe it is the same, and the fasteners don't have that bulge in the middle. On Google I typed in " Walmart Levi jeans tags " and then clicked "Images" and you can see how the card style tags are punched within ~1 cm of each other, and hold the tag snug and tight. Sorry, I'd send a link but when I clicked the image results, it just went to shopping pages with the models wearing the clothes. I'm hoping you'd recognize it and it might be something you sell.

@@lightning8675 I've put out some enquiries on the specific pin but no luck unfortunately. I don't think this one is used in Australia as we aren't mass producing garments like denim jeans. It might actually be your best bet to find one on a product and see if you can find a way to contact the manufacturer - you may get a nice one that is willing to assist.

Hi Sanjay, are you using genuine ink rollers? Also ensure that you don't attempt to 're-ink' with any different ink, it will always cause this to happen.

@@sanjaykidav1259 Are you taking the ink directly from the foil pack and putting it in the gun? If it is a new ink roller there should be no ink dripping from it, it will appear quite dry and only release ink when it touches the paper. Another thing to check is if you open the front of the gun and look at the bottom of the print head, sometimes you will have a label that has come off and is sticking to the print bands, this will cause all kinds of problems too, so make sure the gun has no labels loose or stuck to the inside.
