Why are these people worshiping Mary? Have you ever heard of semiramis and tammuz? This resembles ancient babylonian worship. This is not Christianity. This is doctrine of devils But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, 1 Timothy 4:1 NASB bible.com/bible/100/1ti.4.1.NASB But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! Galatians 1:8 NASB bible.com/bible/100/gal.1.8.NASB

1 Michael, prince of all the angels, While your legions fill the sky, All victorious over Satan, Lift your flaming sword on high; Shout to all the seas and heavens: Now the morning is begun; Now is rescued from the dragon She whose garment is the sun! 2 Mighty champion of the woman, Mighty servant of her Lord, Come with all your myriad warriors, Come and save us with your sword; Enemies of God surround us: Share with us your burning love; Let the incense of our worship Rise before His throne above! 3 Gabriel, messenger to Mary, Raphael, healer, friend and guide, All you hosts of guardian angels Ever standing by our side, Virtues, Thrones and Dominations, Raise on high your joyful hymn, Principalities and Powers, Cherubim and Seraphim!

The Holy Innocents are considered the first martyrs. @@bradleyhauf1554
@bradleyhauf15545 жыл бұрын
they would have had to have been baptized into The Lord's Name. Into The New Adam. John could have been his own, therefore making the story of saint Stephen true and correct. They would have had to have been baptized into - unto Christ in order to have been accurately Christian Martyrs. My second greatest commandment be with you brethren.@@fatherraleigh8878

O God, whose praise the holy Martyrs, the Innocents, published this day, not by speaking, but by dying; mortify us in all our vicious inclinations: that we may show forth in our actions they faith which we profess with our lips.( From the collect of the feast of the Holy Innocents). " Oh truly happy Bethlehem! City wherein our Redeemer was born, and where he was presented with the first Martyrs - the first Victims dedicated to the new born King. ( Bede the Venerable ) Rightly are they called the Flowers of the Martyrs, for they grew in the mid-winter of infidelity as the first buds of the Church ( Preface of Mosarabic Missal) Ye, Christ's first victim, tender flock of lambs ready for sacrifice: ( Vespers of feast of Holy Innocents) The Innocents were the first offering consecrated to thy immaculate Birth, O Jesus ( Greek Church) Thus it was that the glory of Martyrdom began with innocent Babes; ( Dom Gueranger Liturgical year, volume II ). @@bradleyhauf1554

Why do priests do not celebrate traditional holy mass in regional languages
@kstewskis7 жыл бұрын
Latin is the universal liturgical language of the Roman Rite Church. In the Epistle of Hebrews, Chapter 5, verse 1, it states: "Every priest is ordained for men in the things that pertain to God, that he may offer up gifts and sacrifices for sins." A priest has two chief duties: to offer the unbloody sacrifices to God through the Holy Mass, and to sanctify men by God's teachings and instruction, as well as providing for the holy sacraments. In the Holy Mass, when a priest is speaking, he is speaking directly to God in the language of the Church, not to men (as with the Jews, when they recite their incantations in Hebrew when they are in the synagogue). That is the orientation of the liturgy that has always been, since the ancient Israelites have practiced in their worship to God. However, when they address the congregation, they are always speaking in the vernacular (i.e. the sermon). At Vatican II, this liturgical practice (like many others) was inverted, making the orientation man centered vs God centered. Hence why the novus ordo (new order) is said in the vernacular (for man, not God), which, in practice has caused severe confusion in the Church due to mis-translations and fluidity in modern languages (think: The Tower of Babel). "Dead" language meanings and traditional practices (Latin, Hebrew, classical Greek ect...) do not change. St Pope Pius X encouraged all Catholics to not just read the Holy Mass, but to pray the Holy Mass. Infinite graces are bestowed because of it. I would suggest contacting a traditional priest in your area to access a Latin missal with the accurate vernacular translation, so that you can learn the Latin easily. We were recently able to get a Mandarin Chinese Latin missal out to someone in Mainland China, who earlier this year was baptized in the Traditional Latin Rite, Deo gratias! Pax, and God bless you.
