For the true millennium tower i only ever used his hero job because i think that hero gives ichiban good stats and you can get his best weapon easily, and i think theres a skill that only the hero job has which is called peerless resolve which allows you to survive dying. Adachi has a similar move called true grit but basically i just only used hero

Every non existence party member actually has 270 hp and it crashes because the game is trying to set the hurt animation, hope this helps !

If you want to do more damage maybe you can use almigthy ataacks with boost and amp and all party members have boost and amp also and use their theurgies with concentrate
