I love my kindle! I was a little skeptical at first because I love physical books. But I enjoy being able to take with me places when I travel and how light it is. And I like being able to read at night and not have to worry about having a light on.

I'm glad you mentioned the showing your face in Bible studies! I recently decided to start doing both views because I considered how personal it was! It's so cool to hear someone with that perspective speaking on it. ❤ And your highlighting is so cute. I love the Ruth pages!!! So special! 🩷 We have pretty much the exact same Bible study method, which is so fun to see. I love the balance you got going on so far. Some Bible, some lifestyle, and, of course, books. The irony that we both posted similar videos within 24 hours!!! That's so cute! 😢 Ugh, the phone distraction is so difficult. I will sometimes (most of the time) put it facedown so I won't be tempted. I get my peaceful playlist all ready to go, and then bye bye phone! How ironic that we figured out the same thing. ❤ Ooh, I love that coffee date analogy. It truly puts it into perspective!!! How many times do I have to ignore the Lord and act foolishly before I finally sit down and have a chat with him? 😭💔 And oh my gosh, I need to do that emotional dump. I'm carrying so much on my shoulders that stresses me out on the daily. Yiiiiikes. I love to read Psalms and Proverbs too! They're so easy for those days of struggle and I've done so many studies in those books! You're giving quality advice, Brooke. ❤ Seriously, this video is awesome. I was grinning every time you talked about Twilight. My goodness, that series is wild, and I relate to literally everything you said about it. 😂 But I love The Host. It's a GREAT book compared to... possessive vampire dude falls in love with obsessive girly trope book. 😅 I love the idea of doing a 24-hour reading challenge. I just need to get my butt back in the library.

You're so inspirational, and I love hearing you speak! ❤ That whole bit about reading devotionals as your meal was reaaaaally on point!! Devotional's are definitely a garnish to the actual feast (that feast being the bible), and you can't fill your stomach with only flavoring!! But it helps the appetite SO MUCH! my parents are from Jamaica l was born in England .my mom teached me from the age of 7 years old to say my prayers and read the book of Psalms in the Bible📘 probably you need to go to a Bible study on Wednesday when you go to church ⛪ because when I was in 20s 30s l was reading the gospels and the book Revelations now l am 50 years old l don't read the Bible much but l speak to Jesus Christ every day l think 🤔 you need to look for a topic you want you are under spiritual attack from the devil 👺 and his demons 👿👿👿 but your fighting so you will overcome it nice to see such a beautiful pretty young princess👸😍 l wish we had women 🙍 like you in England so God bless you and your work❤😊🙏🌎🤔🧠👍

transparent sticky notes work great for bible notes!! enough to see the colors and look pretty but not bold enough to get in the way of reading the word like the color block ones do :)
