hello, thank you for your videos. I noticed what seems to me like a small error in the calculation of the material consumption in the periodic feeding where you divide the injection weight by recovery time. isn't it supposed to be devided by the cycle time instead? cause the feeder works on recovery time yes but not during the other stages ( cooling, mold opening...). thank you for your consideration.

Hay un error en tu vídeo, en el minuto 30:26, señalas que si el porcentaje de ocupación es de 75%, es decir mayor al 65%, y la inyectora es mayor a 400 toneladas, el punto de transferencia debe ser de 12 mm, para que esto sea verdad, cambia la palabra "mayor" por la palabraa "menor". Saludos

hola profesor saludos felicitaciones muy buen video solo quería preguntarle una inquietud que tengo porque ay algunas inyectoras que no utilizan retroceso y empuje en el tornillo de inyección solo se moldea por giro como si fuera una extrusora como es el caso de las mini inyectoras que solo gira el tornillo eso es malo o funciona igual para inyectar plastico o todo depende del tornillo que se utilice gracias

Saludos William, cierto, el tornillo no reciproca. Ahora la acción de la inyección la efectúa un pequeño pistón por el costado y en frente de la unidad de inyección.

Es recomendable mezclar las resinas con la mano? O como mezclan 2 tipos de resina? Que es recomendable.

Hola Sarai, Si es importante optener un mezclado homegeneamente y continuo, le recomiendo que le agregue una doscificadora mezcladora. Para más información vea el youtube de mezclado y doscificado.

You can only do it precisely with numerical analysis, such as Mold Flow. This is not within the scope of Universal Molding, which is a systematic way of optimizing an injection molding process.
