I would like to ask if there free wifi in rooms?

all buildings at this resort had sewage backup issues, specifically building 2 an 3 which were the "Diamond Club". We were a group of 45ppl and no room had toilet paper (you have to go and wait HOURS for toilet paper at reception), or clean towels or bedsheets and there was no food (not a surprise). Plastic cups for drinks were being reused, no beer, no wine. So many Russians and sex trafficking groups, do not leave your children unattended, they're EVERYWHERE. No such thing as Diamond anything, in fact, Sunwing should remove this resort off of its vacation destinations, they're lying to you with the star-rating.

A very bad experience that I do not wish to repeat, and I do not advise anyone to go there 👎 The treatment in the hotel is very bad and racist 🚫 Animation team, restaurant staff, pool lifeguards - all the workers there treated the hotel guests more than poorly and ruined our trip 👎 Except for a very few housekeeping workers Beautiful village but needs to completely change management and staff 👎 تجربة سيئة جداً لا أتمنى تكرارها ولا أنصح أحد بالذهاب إلى هناك 👎 المعاملة في الفندق سيئة للغاية وعنصرية 🚫 فريق الرسوم المتحركة وموظفو المطعم ورجال الإنقاذ في حمام السباحة - جميع العمال هناك تعاملوا مع ضيوف الفندق بشكل أكثر من سيئ وأفسدوا رحلتنا 👎 باستثناء عدد قليل جدًا من عمال التدبير المنزلي قرية جميلة ولكنها تحتاج إلى تغيير الإدارة والموظفين بشكل كامل 👎 Очень неудачный опыт, который не хочу повторять и никому не советую туда ехать 👎 Отношение в отеле очень плохое и расистское 🚫 Команда аниматоров, персонал ресторана, спасатели у бассейна - все работники там относились к постояльцам отеля более чем плохо и испортили нам поездку 👎 За исключением очень немногих домработниц. Красивая деревня, но в ней нужно полностью менять руководство и сотрудников 👎 Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, die ich nicht wiederholen möchte und ich rate niemandem, dorthin zu gehen 👎 Der Umgang im Hotel ist sehr schlecht und rassistisch 🚫 Animationsteam, Restaurantpersonal, Pool-Rettungsschwimmer - alle Mitarbeiter dort haben die Hotelgäste mehr als schlecht behandelt und unsere Reise ruiniert 👎 Bis auf ein paar Hausangestellte Ein wunderschönes Dorf, aber es muss das Management und die Mitarbeiter komplett verändern 👎

Is there sand beach with direc access to the sea? I've read you can only access sea by snorking platforms, is that true?

Just got back from there this Friday. Such an amazing place. Food wasn’t the best but other than that it was a great resort. They let me dj the club for a bit to so that made it fun

It is possible to accept that everyone has the right to visit the place they want but it is not possible to accept collaboration with a dictatorship that is killing the Cuban people. People full of needs in Cuba, and all because that murderous dictatorship steals the money that tourists bring and uses it to promote dictatorships in other countries and that lead to the impoverishment of entire societies. You must be ashamed to collaborate with them and at the same time lie when you say that you love Cuba and Cubans. That is a great shame because all that money, far from helping the Cuban people, is plunging them into slavery and poverty. Money used to buy means of repression and increase their personal accounts in other countries to guarantee only their future and that of their families while the people go to hell Open your consciences and stop traveling to Cuba until it is a free country, without political prisoners without repression , without hunger. The services, the food and the resorts are also in a very bad conditions specially the medical services. It will be terrible if you get sick overthere. DO NOT TRAVEL TO CUBA, FREEDOM FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS IN THE PRISONS OF THE DICTATORSHIP. NO COMMUNISM. DOWN WITH THE CASTRO-CANEL DICTATORSHIP DON’T TRAVEL TO CUBA

Me and my kids loved this beautiful resort! Great times for certain. Definitely recommend this to all the viewers at home! Fantastic tour yet again. Glad I joined the Sectionel FanClub to get early access to these videos.

Erg oud resort. Het eten is verschrikkelijk. Personeel was soms wel aardig, er werken alleen maar mannen. Die allemaal zitten te gluren en te fluiten. Weinig vertier, het was een saaie vakantie 😢
