I remember the fuelers where I worked as an AME having to watch this when they got hired!! Interesting that even the fire service was supplied those days by TC (or at least the fire vehicles were labelled as Transport Canada)?

Yes it's sweet home CYOW, some time prior to 1999 ( you can see both North-Field runways on the ground radar outline @ 5:13 )

The first thing is the Jet-A is not very flammable ..All you have to do is just pour some out to learn it take's an awful lot to get a fire started . it is however highly toxic . Jet Fuel has an additive called "Prist" that will kill you dead .. it's added to fuel to keep the highly hydroscopic Jet fuel's water molecules from crystallizing at attitude .. The ratio of prist to fuel is just incredible were talking about just an ounce per thousands of gallons of Jet-A . Now the most flammable is without question the 100LL Av-gas now that shit will flash without much help at all so being grounded is vital ...

This was just a contract for Transport Canada ...I did not know nothing about fuelling aircrafts ...I followed the instructuctions.

wow hahahaha. Wedging nozzles in avgas fuel ports (most of the time you can ground to the aircraft wheel) and scratching paint off (by making contact between nozzle and paint) of aircraft will have someone unemployed REAL QUICK.

At 8:59 the guy takes his filthy fuel soaked glove off with his teeth! Wonder if you can get cancer if you do that 10 times a day during your career?

If he's done his job right, his glove will not be soaked with fuel. Do not employ a painter with paint covered overalls. Some of us take care.
