I really wish the points noted in this video were true in our area (Tri-City - Kingport, Tennessee), but unfortunately, we're surrounded by LIBERAL TENNESSEANS. We're staunch (New York) Republicans - yes, they DO exist, and we arrived in TN in June 2021 ... so far we have only encountered a handful of Republicans. For example, we're the only ones in our neighborhood with an American flag on our porch (sometimes we switch it to 2nd Amendment or Trump). It's unfortunate that we aren't surrounded by more patriotism here in the south. {{???}}

Respectfully: Nearly everything that this guy says is wrong. It’s a gross generalization. Tennessee is represented by three stars on the state flag for a reason. Each star represents a different portion of the state, each with a different dynamic and culture. I was raised in the mountains of East Tennessee and my wife is a flatlander from Middle Tennessee. We generally avoid West Tennessee as a rule 😉. We have different histories, different cultures. We’re the volunteer state because we look out for others and never turn down a fight. But a real Tennessean never wears his weapon on his hip but I guarantee he’s packing.

I’d love to retire to Tennessee but the wife doesn’t want to be away from the kids and grand kids. Been to the Smokey mountains a few times and I have to say I’m in love with the area.

im 25 and am looking to move from california to Tennessee for law school ( hopefully I gain admission to Belmont Law ) I will graduate from university in spring 2026 (may) and want to know what credit score is needed to get a home in Tennessee as well as the income amount that I would need since I will apply for a teaching position in Tennessee which will make me obtain between $43-77K if anyone has any sort of tips and advice I'd greatly appreciate it. I can't believe he left out neighborliness. People in Nahville talk to strangers. We love meeting folks and will start a conversation at the drop of a hat. If you're from a city where people are aloof, you might feel uncomfortable.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

How come we are the only state where the polls show a majority of people polled are supporting Trump? Are we nuts? It's shameful - trying to explain to people how we support this traitor. COMON! It's bad enough that we're like the least educated state, the most poverty stricken and have the fattest population.
