Why not take a few minutes to add some kind of notation for the viewer describing what, exactly, you're looking at and why? Viewer has no idea - apart from the title - as to what's being shown. Where is this . . . why does it have anything to do with the subject . . . does the Blackbird nest here, over-winter here, etc., etc. Is your interest primarily in getting the viewer familiar with the Blackbird or your instrumentation? Good luck going forward.

Hi Doug, The Rattray Marsh is a great redwing blackbird sanctuary located just west of Toronto on Lake Ontario. Here's what I wrote on my FB page - "The Rattray Marsh is located on the shores of Lake Ontario in Clarkson, ON, Canada. It is an amazing sanctuary for the spring emergence of the Redwing Blackbird. Enjoy this hike through the marsh and some wonderful still shots of these beautiful birds. The video is set to my rendition of Paul McCartney's amazing and timeless song "Blackbird" from the Beatles' "White Album." Take a spring hike through the marsh because "you were only waiting for this moment to arise!" Thanks for watching and listening!" Yes I'm a muscian and use the videos to showcase the music. Ireally enjoy the outdoors - long distance cycling, kayaking and hiking. Thanks for the feedback!

The bear at the end of the video was a young teenager who came to visit us this past spring. I managed to get a couple of pictures of him before he was encouraged to leave with an air horn. We came across a fully grown bear a few weeks ago while out on the gravel bikes on Hamer Bay Road. Safety first, they are wild animals!
