Move to a state that doesn't do state inspections anything 2010 or newer violations the clean air act if deleted but I drive semi and I will say a deleted and properly tuned diesel is amazing but the kids running higher fuel pressure and air mixture fugged it up for everyone but that's why I stuck with pre emissions as well to avoid that bs

You can delete and get a "clean tune." The inspector might still fail, though, since for the "weight loss, " some parts will fall off the truck.

@user-by6eh9gy1v I'm also in CA. Any of the newer trucks will 100% fail smog because of the "modified software". You'll have to have the ability to revert back to stock in order to pass. And now it's ANNUAL. Yes, you can have a clean tune. It depends 100% on the tuner. You'll almost always have a small puff right at startup.

@@brentmars3996The owner probably works in construction and has to park on the side of active roads regularly. Some states DOT requires roadside vehicles have amber wig wags or strobe.
