I also think the director should cast Rachel McAdams as Finn and Gwen’s late mother Susannah Blake, who had dreams like her daughter Gwen. She will probably call Finn and Gwen through the phone and appear as a ghost just like the kids that the Grabber, Ethan Hawke, kidnapped (I still refuse to believe he was killed all the way with a phone by Finn). I wonder what will happens in the sequel. Like, will the Blake Siblings’ formally, abusive father died suddenly from an accidental alcohol 🍺 poisoning after when he tearfully, apologized to his kids for his treatment? If the Grabber returns to kidnap another kid, would Gwen uses her dreams to sacrifice herself to save her brother to prove that she didn’t want anything bad happen to him? Finn will be completely devastated over her death (She will probably call him as a ghost with their mother.) Also, will Finn and his crush Donna make out 💋 and become boyfriend & girlfriend? If the movie takes place in the 80s, I think the song Kids In America by Kim Wilde and Call Me by Blondie should both be played. I also think rock band Paramore should write an original song that sounded like the 70s/ 80s for the film in my opinion. In the prequel “The Grabber”, hope we get to see an origin story of Albert Shaw/ The Grabber, and how we became one, and how did he kidnap and killed those kids. Was he emotionally abused by his own father as a kid (similar like Gwen)? I wish Ethan Hawke could come back again if he wants to, and I also wish and hope we find someone who could play him as a kid and teenager.
