Ok ,1) where’s the safety cone that should be placed when the trailer is about to be pulled away from dock 2) he failed to check lights and do tire checks 3) lights on for safety at all times even in the yard with 4ways on 4) sound horn when backing and pulling away

Barn door or garage door requires a safety cones placed on center of bock plate when trlr is about to pull away signifying do not enter
