This was my first successful attempt at this fight. Decoy spam was the way to go. I didn't mean to go so long between uploads, but I kinda hard focused playing these games. Since my last upload, I've beat this game, AC3 and Silent Line. Are there any fights/missions from those games you'd like to see? Currently playing Nexus at the moment, depending on the disc 2 missions I might record some of those and upload them if I find them fun enough.

That energy machine gun is such a beast, it does sawa level damage even without the energy amplifying optionals. Also you did pretty well I’d say, the only thing that was hampering you was the energy being eaten away by the en machine gun.

Oh yeah for sure, my EN management was the absolute worst. The awful execution of bunny-hopping put me in terrible situations I was never fully punished in.

Unfortunately I don't believe so. I do know some of the old gen games can be played that way but you'd have to ask in the Armored Core Fan Discord which I've linked in the description of the video.

Wasn't kidding when I said it took me 5 tries. Got to Nineball Seraph every time but man that burst pistol HURTS. Finally got a pattern where I wasn't just nuked out of existence from the get go. My EN management was so bad since not playing Gen 1 for months and yet I somehow wasn't punished for it. All skill obviously.

@@ilucasz You can import the gun, yes. But it is EXTREMELY nerfed in MoA compared to Phantasma. Damage is down to 155 from 250 Ammo is down to 500 from 3000 Reload time is doubled from 1 to 2 I won't tell you not to use it though, just making sure you're aware that it does not have remotely the same performance as it did in the previous game.

These Gen 5 ACs are roughly 4-6 meters tall, while NEXTs (and every other gen of AC excluding 5) are 10-12 meters tall. These are the canon established heights. The N-WGIX/v definitely appears to be a bit bigger then your average NEXT, though. Whether or not its actual size in game is canon or just bigger for gameplay reasons is definitely up for debate.

Not too mention, it's not even a true NEXT as it's just a lot of parts and combat data of previous NEXT and pilots mashed together, hence it's Assault armor left a big opening to damage it since it's not properly spec to it. If this was a true NEXT or nineball forbid, White Glint, the pilot would already be on the ground. t@@Shad0wReaper133

Its appearance is most likely designed to be reminiscent of it, both with the dual rifles and the pilot being named "J". White Glint itself however, is based off of different parts from the older generations of AC games. This NEXT seems no different in that regard.

Emulator in this case. The Armored Core fan discord has emulator builds for pretty much the entire series. This was recorded on their RPCS3 build for Verdict Day. Do note, it requires a powerful PC to run, my 8700K is considered B tier if I recall so preferably the newer the PC the better.

What J is piloting is a ground up foundation made NEXT, N-GIWX mechs that has existed since the 4th generation thats why his mech is very much taller and heavily armed, and with that assault armor he uses against you with your small 5th gen Armored Core plus also the fact that the foundation also inputted him with combat data from past generations of Ace pilots

@@lethalshed2272 It is an Armored Core made from fragmented NEXT technology from Armored Core For Answer, its not a full on NEXT due to it being made with mixed parts of 5th Gen since the game takes place about 100-200? years after the Great Destruction Ending - J is also a Clone of Joshua from Armored Core 4 so the most of inputted combat data is just simulations as they used his past experiences from his clone, like the clones from Lost Planet 2 (if anyone even remembers that story) Still have no idea if the Towers are deorbited housing units of Assault Cells

I beg you! haha EDIT 2: 16K views... absolutely unbelievable... soon enough this video might take the record away from my L4D2 mod video in terms of most views and that video was 7 YEARS ago... EDIT: Holy crap guys, 10K views? I'm am beyond honored. I should get around to recording the Nineball Seraph run I wanted to do... (This is done go check it out in my playlist linked in the description!) Having reviewed the video footage, I didn't realize his damage AOE did so much damage when getting as close as I did. That's probably what did the most damage to me in hindsight.

I'm not sure why this run went so smoothly, almost every attempt I make in this mission is an absolute scuff fest that results in me being Assault Armored at some point. This run though, I literally did it on a whim and ended up only having to do a single recording for a successful run. Build is the same as the one in the video linked in the description.

I uploaded this on a whim not expecting to even get 12 views but here it is 4 days later at 965 as of me typing this. I appreciate all the responses I've gotten and the love being shown towards me just having fun. Are there any other missions from either 1st, 4th, 5th or 6th gen that you may want to see? EDIT: Since it's been asked for, I will provide the basic build details for this AC. Lahire for Torso, arms, and legs. White Glint Head (because it's cool). INBLUE fcs. Linstat generator, Virtue main booster, Aaliyah back booster, Lahire side booster, and Judith overed booster (for its low weight and nothing else). Double Moonlight because it is my Guiding Moonlight. The extra back and side booster attachments. No hanger units since it's melee only. I was testing slightly different FRS tunings in this video, but the basics are max out the first 3 bars of the boost category, and the first 3 of the special boost category as well. Max out lock speed. Then either 42 points or max points in turning ability. The rest can either go into energy weapon skill or wherever else you feel you want those points. Stabilizers are up to your visual preference so long as the distribution is at least +0, -13. The coloring is just the black and red default color preset.

@@judicatorhurayth1927 As much as I'd love to try that, I am not nearly skilled or patient enough in AC6 to even try to attempt it. I also don't feel like the way blades work in AC6 would facilitate an interesting enough result considering what the fight demands of you. As for the infinite energy, the video description states I'm playing on Regulations 1.15 which grants infinite energy.

In terms of basically everything that isn’t raw gameplay mechanics, 6 is probably the best game in the series. That said, in terms of raw gameplay I find FA and Silent Line to just be above 6.
