Great video. Very authentic. Good advice about the billing (so that your client doesn't feel like they are being nickel and dimed.) Regarding that, when you are building tools for a client and then can leverage off that original build and provide a similar tool for another client, how would you price that out? It took more time for the original build, will the second client be billed less? Obviously other factors come into play regarding specifics needed for the respective client. Perhaps a hybrid of billing for chunks of time, and billing for a product? Overall, great production incorporating life advice as well as good business practices. Thanks!
