SFOG could be an amazing park it’s a terrain park but they don’t use their park to their advantage. It’s not the best park but it’s not the least either they have a great lineup, i just really wish they would stop making investments that don’t do anything for the park. There should not be major rides down even without our staffing being short. And I agree i How long will the water feature on ga surfer going to last i mean really. The park has improved but they have a ways to go.

I didn't know they had a shooting dark ride. Just something else to check out when I finally go. Nobody seems to be able to match the wonder that is Kennywood's Ghostwood Estate though.

We live really close to Pigeon Forge, TN, so my 23 year old daughter and 70 year old father are going for an adventure together for a day trip. I am so glad I ran into this video you have made. When planning things to do in this town it is easy to get overwhelmed. This makes it much easier to plan appropriately per ages. Thank you for solving my worrying. You worked hard and did a great job. Thanks again.

Street Fighter 360, I had to look up to see if Xbox 360 even got a Street Fighter game as I was never into that series. I couldn't get into fighting games until Smash Bros so I never cared for the Super Nintendo ones. That is funny though and I bet I would enjoy riding it.

What's crazy is the Zipper ride you rode is the new Chance 2.0 model with the new plexiglass over-shoulder restraint gondolas. Original models just have a small padded lap bar that pushes back when the cage door is closed. The older models are far more painful but you guys handled that like Champs.

I just went to six flags Georgia 3 weeks ago. I enjoyed the park even though it was kind of a strange layout. The one big problem I had was the multiple coaster closures. Twisted Cyclone was open though and it didn't disappoint!!!

Nah. I think it’s gonna be a legit ride. The spinning will be really disorienting, the splashes look rlly cool, and it has legit ejector airtime. 150ft is also nothing to scoff at. Anything that comes from intamin these days is super high quality

The Ripley's coaster used to be Hungry Bear. We loved it because you got as many rides on the coster as you could in an hour for one price. We went during a dead time and made MANY trips down. :-)

I mean Phoenix rising at bgt didn’t go vertical until February. Now it’s April and they completed it. That’s around two months. If GS goes vertical in April, it may open by July (knowing Six flags). It would suck for me as I’m visiting early June 😢

The water features for GA Surfer will be operational in the summer and then switched off during the colder months so it can stay operational until the park closes for the season.

This park has a habit of turning off “cosmetic features” around attractions. I didn’t mean what times of year it would operate, I meant more I wonder how long they will keep operating it at all before deeming it an unnecessary expense.

SFOG is not an awful park like many think after the opening day shooting. They’ve improved a lot their operations and management as well I believe. Haven’t been there since December and it’s a great park to visit. But thoosies always whine about them not having a good time there and therefore despising on them for that reason.

Last year my 2 March visits (opening weekend and 2 weeks later, both Sundays) were absolutely horrendous. This season I’ve been on opening weekend and over spring break and they’ve been 2 of the best visits I’ve ever had. Great staff, great operations, the park felt cleaner, many food locations were open, etc….the only downside is that several big rides have been closed (Ga Scorcher, Blue Hawk, Batman and Pandemonium on opening weekend). Personally I don’t understand the hate because for me it’s been awesome this season.

@@ChasingThrills I’ve heard that SFDK is much more worse than SFOG. The park never improved on their biggest flaws compared to SFOG in which have improved a lot. I can say that SFDK is more underrated and also more hated on than SFOG
