India is a complete and utter disaster, by every measure. WAAAAAAY too many people for that area and resources. Should be say 200M max, but EVERYONE needs to get married have children, get married have children, get married have children, etc. Now they're spilling out all over the world, filling every other country.... Look at how China has handled their large population? Also, way too many humans in Africa and the Philippines, Indonesia and for that matter the Middle East. This is still the major problem in the world is massive overpopulation (of humans). Look at other videos on encroachment into animal habitats.

How come a slum cost billion of dollars. A slum is a place for poor people living in poverty area....the land in Kampung Baru have land titles cost million of ringgit if developer want to develop that place...

Majority of slums as far as mumbai is concerned are encroached land because i am from mumbai and thanks to politicians specially congress and shiv sena for not stopping it. This people you are talking about themselves are used to this kind of life they are making minimum 15k every month by getting rent from two three rooms one above another. They themselves not ready to opt for better life first they make houses on encroached land than they make demand for rehabilitation as if they did favour by making slums.
