If we wish to continue and want to compromise, well the spirits are willing the make the shift schedule 2 days every 2 weeks and even will pay their employees, maybe .86 a day. i was listening to this as a 13 year old broken girl...my father suffering from NPD almost killed my spirit...i always felt obligated to fix someone who hates me at their core someone who enjoys my pain who hates to see me complete a fresh breath now i'm packing my bags to leave the entire country he lives in...i can never save him..cause his state isn't a mistake it's his choice...no empathy to the other is sometimes all the empathy to ourselves " i finally accepted that who you chose to be was out of my control " THANK YOU ❤

this song hurts cause as someone who tends to be parasocial (not as unhinged as most parasocial fans are) the person i put on a pedestal is a horrible person and the lines "i was always quick to defend you, inventing an excuse for every flaw" hit the most cause after i found out they were a bad person i kept trying to justify their actions.

Beth is my favorite artist. Her songs truly speak to my soul. I don’t normally cry with movies or songs but multiple of her songs made me cry when I first heard them and some still do even after listening to them hundreds of times. Some of the songs feel so close to home that telling someone they are my favorite songs is like giving them a glimpse into my own diary.

@@yolo8009 I disagree. In Montana there was a 14 year old girl who was taken away from her parents because the parents did not want their child to transition. The exsuce that was given to the public was that her parents were not giving her, her medicine for depression. The state of Montana sent the girl to Wyoming where it was lawful to transition children. The exscuse was a lie because Montana has medicine for depression, so there was no reason to send the girl to Wyoming. So, that's just one reason I disagree with you. I can give you more examples if you want.
