Are the internal bolts loosened using standard hex keys? What is the spec of the screw/bolt that allows you to take the wedge out?

Hello Paul. The required tools needed to operate the Hydro Raise & Lower column with wedge are a ratchet wrench with nut 12 mm and extension for the internal captive M12 bolts and an eye bolt (supplied) to take the wedge out.

Is this the same product as the Sapa Hinged Traffic Signal Pole including the Raise and Lower Tool?

Hello Andreas. This is a demo of the raise and lower column with the same hinge mecanism, but because of the low weight of the camera, operationable without a tool.
