Absolutely mind-blowing discussion of these critical issues that are expanding the horizons of sports at a bewildering pace. The concerns manifested in this clear and honest explication of the burgeoning “NIL” pathway are germane to athletes and parents and their communities on multiple levels. A deep, informative, and extraordinary quality of conversation that is must-see viewing by all young athletes in any sport or activity and at any rung on the competitive ladder. Congratulations gentlemen! This was wonderful as a guide to the future of sports as a tool for the enhancement the individual and family as well as the improvement of the society. 57:18

As a parent of a college bound athlete, Mary's advice on nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being was a great reminder that balance is the key to success. My daughter appreciated the messages shared in the Podcast. Great job Justin!

This is a great topic to talk about because it is extremely difficult in the women's sports culture. As a college athlete, I honestly have had a difficult time with nutrition until my senior year. If there were more conversations surrounding diet/fueling needs, I think it would have helped my performance on and off the field
