For consideration…why not replace the T-Pipe connecter at the line water line (1 3/8”) leading back to the fresh water tank a T-valve so that when you winterize, you can turn that valve to close off the fresh water tank and drain the anti-freeze to a cup when you charge the system with anti-freeze. I would think that it would work like the bypass valve on the hot water heater.

We had our 2021 25FB Flying Cloud ceramic coated in Tallahassee exactly 1 year ago this week. I absolutely love it! I use a leaf blower to remove the majority of the water then am able to dry the entire camper with 1 towel similar to what you use. As you mentioned it is rather pricey but, I don't view our Airstream as just a camper but rather an investment. If you look at the cost of ceramic coating as a means to protect that investment, the cost percentage wise, is more than justified.

Great info, Rapid Remover is A+. Been using the 2 bucket process to preserve water since I mostly boondock. Found a car care deal on Amazon last year that came w 2 microfiber brushes, 2 attachment heads and 1 pole under $20. Already had a pole so use 1 for soap 1 for fresh. When wash brush starts to get raggedy I replace w new and move to fresh as the fresh is more about applying water w less pressure. Not opposed to putting on rain poncho cleaning during rain either, Mother Nature is a great assistant in rinsing.

Great update on your coating that makes me feel I made the correct choice. Right at the minute we're on our way home back to the Washington coast from Sacremento where we had the coating applied. Impressed with Vinnie as he's meeting everyone, looking at everything et cetera. We do store the trailer inside my shop but living on the coast with its saltwater environment which is brutal on everything metal we felt the coating was a good investment. Glad to hear you feel the same.

We had the Airstream done about a week ago in Tallahassee and the truck is there right now. Couldn’t believe how quickly it disperses water from morning condensation and rain. Can’t wait to see how it does long term. Thanks for the great video.

That mat under the hood is called a sound deadner. Not for heat dissipation
