I think your podcast is grossly underrated every year that I come down for New Year's Eve. I was checking you guys out because you guys have a ton of info and will do so in a couple months again.

If it worked any other way you'd have people or whatever in that reality saying the same thing though, like just because it happened to work out that the universe could support life doesn't mean it was meant to, that's post hoc rationalization.

If you had actually gone to school you'd see the numerous body parts that make no sense in a design organism, but can be clearly traced back our evolutionary pathway to our ancestor species', who did have reasons for their use. Our feet and knees and wrists are all suboptimal designs for what we use them for and thats why they so frequently have problems. There are far better designs, people get their wrists rebuilt with a ball joint after arthritis for example which is a far stronger joint. Our mammal embryos all look the same until later stages. The laws of physics and nature explain why things act the way they act, and probability explains why we exist.

It’s growing too fast it’s going to be a nighttime if the infrastructure isn’t updated first. It’s sad to watch a once beautiful place turn ugly. Also we need to deal with all the government corruption here. What are the implications of the 800 Acre Cop city being built?

Hmm.. Aaron is beginning to look like Wolfman Jack. Great to see a new video from you guys and really miss the updates about new development projects in Nashville. Attractions not listed; The Parthenon, Belle Meade Mansion. The Customs House Museum is an outstanding museum and my deceased parents actually have a rotating exhibit there. The Customs House Museum probably draws heavily from the near 200,000 people that live in Clarksville and relatives visiting the soldiers stationed at Ft. Cambell.

One more thing before i go why not update the rail east line into a heavy rail line that could link the airport and by updates the trin stations arent really nothing but Park lots and ride who wants to ride a rail without interior station's.

Love the concept of the we go transit, although these stations for urban transportation is good. I realize Nashville needs less fuel depending transit options, such as light rail inside the loop and electric buses in the core of the City. Anyways Nashville doesn't like trains i get it.

The star is a good line i think its underutilized because its not ped friendly its a joke in my opion it should be sold on ads and support local businesses and have indoor platforms also

In typical Nashville infrastructure fashion, they will not put adequate roads and multiple entry and exit points to access this tiny piece of land.

This guy is truly a Nashvillian. He moved here from the north and now complains about others moving here. I definitely get the vibe that Zimmerman romanticizes and has an affinity for the Confederates. The Confederates were fighting for one thing. The right to keep other human beings as slaves and we should never forget the evil the Confederates fought to preserve. As a native Nashvillian and relative of Robert E Lee I'm proud of my Northern Federal countrymen for fighting to end slavery and preserve our Union. Every bust and monument to Nathan Bedford Forrest should be put in a museum and replaced with Monuments to George Henry Thomas.

George Thomas was a great general. He does deserve a statue. And, my direct ancestor was in Tarrant’s Battery Alabama Light Artillery and his unit lost their horses and guns in the Battle of Nashville.

When I lived in Woodmont Terrace apts in the late 80s early 90s you could hear the races from the fairgrounds outside the apartments. That's about a mile away as the crow flies a bit over 2 driving. So you may not think you're in a different neighborhood than the fairgrounds but you're not. You're almost in Green Hills but you could hear the races.

Only in Nashville would a 24-25 story building be considered tall or a skyscraper. Most large cities would consider that a mid rise suburban building

All this over-development is a huge mistake. There's TONS of empty residential units already all over downtown. People cannot afford to live in these places. What Nashville really needs in new single family homes in the suburbs, but all they are building is apartments and condos everywhere.
