Connies character is a beautiful soul, maybe a little snobby but I can relate to how she feels. Always remember medical staff are people too, often carry their work loads home and their emotions too. They see things day in and day out none of us ever see, we value their care and their expertise. Thank you to all NHS staff who work under enormous emotional stress.
