@@mardystevens1784Hi!shrinp shells have gulcosamine,which is material for knees ,back bones. Fry with oil lightly. It's crunchy and yummy😄👍

ingredients cook any kind of rice. cook all ingredients below in pan. 2Tbs.oil 1 Tbs.choped garlic 1onion chop 1/2pound beef chop 1/2pound pork chop 2Tbs.Worcestershire sauce 3Tbs.soysauce 1Tbs.oyster sauce 1 and 1/2Tbs.sugar sprinkle cinamon some salt and pepper if you need add green pepper and red paprika. Fry some potatoes in 180 ℃ oil. after potatos Beat 2 eggs lightly and pour into oil. Don't touch. wait about 30second then egg is fluffy to serve. if you like japanese pepper fruit soaked with salt or japanese pepper powder make smell nice. We call it ”sansho no mi " or "sansho no kona ”. In kanji ”山椒の実" "山椒の粉”。 But it's not so necessary.
