Absolutely! Silence is a heart breaker, sometimes you don’t know if the other person is upset with you or if they are just busy at that moment. So we do have to learn to embrace silence sometimes. Sharing each other’s schedules is a huge help. Knowing when one is scheduled for a meeting or maybe out of town and return dates….

As long as I know when to expect a scheduled check in , I’m good, I can work my schedule to match yours. That shouldn’t cause any type of conflict, as a matter of fact, a scheduled meeting would be beneficial to both parties, both would know the date, and time that would be scheduled and ending time so that things don’t overlap and cause issues.

There is no hope.

This happened to me. My fearful avoidant ex monkey branched to another after four good years with me. He is a people pleaser who allowed himself to be manipulated by her family. She is a victim of spousal abuse by a now-deceased husband. Her family felt a new boyfriend was what she needed. My ex wanted to be a friend with me. Nope. I let him go without tears or drama. ( I tested mostly secure attachment with a small percentage of avoidance). No contact forever for me. Hours of inner work each day for a year have saved me. I don't want him back. I am regaining my life, and becoming my best version. Avoidants are to be avoided until they seek treatment, IMO. I have forgiven him, and wish him well. Perhaps one day he will seek treatment in order to heal. Never again!🤗💕🙏
