UPDATE: I no longer recommend the Cellerciser anymore, due to issues with the springs. Instead, I now have 2 Bellicon rebounders (using bungees) which I've found myself and others report as being much better overall: projectlifemastery.com/rebounder

Spend smart. Build up credit score. Get assets. Invest. Use debt the smart way. It's all being printed anyway and the USA can't pay back there debt. So if u know that much ur educated. It's all going down anyway. So when u use a credit card ur creating 😂😂😂. Get that credit think smart. Keep to ur self and move forward. Stay away from people that want to take from u.

Your first date was on the beach if I recall correctly. Or it was the place where you had a really long talk. This could be another factor why you want to live near to the beach.

So what's going on? It's just to sit and meditate on wanted outcomes so we feel better & chage our emotional state? That's all we need to do? Okay. I'll try it..

I am 48 years old and have spent a lifetime constructing the shyness in my life. I have built my shy personality to the point that in social situations it's just autopilot and I don't know how to take control. Last night at a new year's eve party I was hiding in a corner reading a book, probably totally embarrassing my wife who was engaging with people. I felt so humiliated afterwards and hardly slept last night. How on earth do I get past this.

It sounds a bit scary, to hear that you had quite a bit of challenges after having your beautiful boy, while having so much money (where you can buy help for cleaning your house and help for all the other daily tasks) and such a deep relationship. It's inspirational that you moved forward. We don't have so many resources in terms of money with my husband, but I hope despite that, we can figure our relationship out after having our first baby.

Hey Stephen - I desperately need your help...!! I need you to do a video series on how to start over in life. I grew up super poor, with parents who had no idea what they were doing in life, and we didn't live close to any family that could help me learn how to be successful in life. I went to a super small school that did not teach this kind of thing so I didn't get there and because I didn't know what questions I should be asking, I didn't know what I was missing. I wanted so badly to be successful but I didn't even know where to start - I didn't even know how to organize my life in such a way so as to set myself up for success, let alone, how to then design my life. Subsequently, I have gone through life just floundering - always dreaming of being someone someday as well as the dream of one day being successful; yet, I still find myself not knowing where to start or what to do. I am now 49yrs old, never been married, and I just lost my job at the beginning of December 2024 and I'm at my whits end. I'm choosing to look at this as an opportunity to start over again and hopefully create that life for myself that I've always dreamed of but I kid you not... I feel like I need someone to literally start with square one as though I were back in my childhood and someone were teaching me the things I need to know to eventually become a successful adult. I need help with discovery questions so I know what I need to be lookin at in my life and thinking about as well as working on. I also need someone to walk me through how to set good habits, good goals, and how to put processes and systems in place to make sure I'm accomplishing it all. And then I need someone to help me figure out a game plan to bring it all together and truly set myself up for success and make it work. There's sooo many 15 minute videos out there on this topic but they all just seem to ramble and I have yet to find a video, let alone, a series, let alone, a speaker that's been helpful in actually giving me questions to consider and action steps to take. I need someone to start with the baby steps at square one and walk me through it like a life coach would... I think you're the one who could truly make that happen. (I can't afford a life coach and I can't afford to take the Design Your Life classes at Stanford... I need something on KZbin or at least, something within my currently super small income pretty please!!). HELP!!
