Hello Daniel. I am a family medicine doctor and I am from Brazil. Since I was a little boy I dreamed to be in space. Today I am studying here to be a neurosurgeon, but also I am considering being a spacial doctor. I just saw your video and WOW! Iam excited again! I don't know if here in Brazil it will be possible, so I will look for these two fellowships you've mentioned. Also, I see that this video is from 2022, what are you doing today?? Can you give me more instructions of what should I do to become a spacial doctor? Thank you thank you thank you!

Hey man! Hope you’re well! I just wanted to say thanks to you and many other channels that showcased their journey through medicine it really motivated me to chase my dreams of the pre-med pathway-> med school-> residency, etc. I had intentions of going to law school but I was always hiding my deep desire to go into medicine (due to the work load and time commitment) but no more. It’s time to get into gear and get to work. 🙏🏿

Counting jumps is so tedious. Why not just jump for a certain amount of time instead. That would leave your mind free to actually enjoy it?

Because going by keywords and algorithm "Jumping rope for 30 day challenge" will get you more attention and clicks than "Jumping for 30 min per day."

@truthseeker12037 ай бұрын
Also, up the intensity with tricks and by challenging yourself to go faster. A set amount of skips is not a great way to lose weight, instead getting out and going til you can’t anymore will increase agility, endurance and stamina while burning fat.

Hello! I am 14 years old student, actually I was wondering how I can become veterinary doctor and astronaut.cause to become both we need to do first bachelor in B.V.S and study 5 and half year and to practise to become veterinary doctor.as we know dr.Martin fettman was the first veterinary doctor to go to space.I want to follow their footsteps but I am not getting how I can become veterinary doctor and astronaut.I am thinking how can NASA allow veterinary doctor to become astronaut.I am getting confused and I need some ideas and guidance to become veterinary doctor and astronaut.actually I have been seeing these videos and it is really helpful.but I need some solution of how can I become veterinary doctor and astronaut.

So I’m on the my third day did you incorporate any rest days or is it solely 30 days nonstop ? My legs are sore rn but I’m about to finish my third day right now. Use the 1/4 rope it’s so fun too
@DanielKaganov9 ай бұрын
I did 30 days nonstop but certainly I would not recommend powering through what could be an injury. If it is just general fatigue / soreness hopefully after the first couple weeks your body starts to an adapt. Keep it up!!

I got shin splints so I have to take a day or two off to recover. They can turn into fractures if not careful.

Are you still on a journey? I’m on my 10th day and I did the rest day on my third day of journey cuz I felt sore. I’m a beginner tho. Sometimes when I feel sore I just cut the routine to morning and evening exercises just not to die of straight 30 mins skipping at once. I guess it’s better than nothing lmao

It's not good, you shouldn't stretch out your arms, but bend them and bring your elbows to the body as much as you can, turn the rope with your upper arm and wrist, not with the whole length of your arm like you do, look how Floyd Mayweather jumps. This is well-intentioned advice, I'm just waiting for them to write me comments, record yourself jumping, then show us that you can do better, then I'll really have to do it. :D
@JuliusTurner-hm6ff5 ай бұрын
This has already been disproven, depending on the individual. Everyone isn't built the same and the only thing that's been proven consistent with each individual, is making sure your your upper arms are close to your body. Your lower arms vary with each individual as some are more comfortable extending them while others get better results bringing them down and close to the hip area.

I'm a high school senior in Australia who is preparing to enter medicine in 2025. I've always had a curiosity for science since I was young. I did a work experience last year with a paediatrician which provided me with insight on what the daily life in the hospital is like, and while i am fascinated by the idea of being a paediatrician, when I first heard about aerospace medicine, something just clicked for me; this speciality sounds exactly like what i was looking for in medicine. i've always loved space and working with people directly involved in space travel sounds very exciting. assuming all goes well with entering med school, i will certainly consider aerospace medicine as one of my top choices for specialty as of now! i'll have a chat with my high school career advisor to see what options there are for me in Australia^^
