Is there a way to resubmit all the biometric information AFTER the application has been submitted? I was asked by the visa office to click "resubmit" to send again my details. Do you know how to do this?

US citizen here. Two of my kids, age 21 and 20, are about to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in business. They work in my company but will be starting their own businesses after graduation. Are they sufficiently qualified now or should they wait until completing their MBAs? Is there an expedited path to citizenship in the one of the Channel Islands, Sark, Jersey or Guernsey?

Hi, I have deferred my dissertation and an exam due to extenuating circumstances which were approved by Faculty. My exam will be on 11 Dec and my dissertation deadline is 17 January followed by an online presentation on 30 January. My student visa expires on 24 January. The Exam Board will be in February/March. How do I convince the uni to let me extend my student visa? I am sure a lot of students extend their dissertation so do unis not really help in such circumstances? The uni website says that they do not issue a CAS for students who defer their dissertation :( any advice??

Hi i am on spouse visa i came to UK on 23 oct 2019 five year route now my five years completed here i had absence 335 days in total but in 2020 i had 216 days absence and my solicitor says now that i will not be able to get ILR because absence which is more than 180 days in 2020 which was during covid !
