Salam Ali, I am applying for Canada PR and I have a confusion regarding the process. Actually, my degree and transcript copies are attested from HEC. I have two forms from WES i.e. HEC CNIC Form and Transcript request form. Do i need to still do something with them? or should i send my degree, transcript and ID card in sealed envelop? @Ali Iftikhar.....Got AOR on 11 th September'24 ...Got biometric request on 25th October '24 ...1st applicant is me, my husband is my dependent, passport got expired and submitted remaining workpermit restoration on 19.4.24, got rejected on 29th October 24 as IRCC has mentioned that already your 3/4 months period got off.... meanwhile applied PCC, not approved as work permit is not there during implied status, now my question 1 is do my husband will have to apply visitor record and apply PCC again from Canada 🇨🇦? Question 2 is he will have to go back India and get PCC done and send it with attached documents for PR process, Question 3 any neggetive impact ? Need urgent help, not able to figure it out.

However, on all my educational documents, my surname is Saher Mahmood, with my father’s name as Mahmood Ahmad. I’m planning to apply for PR through Express Entry (EE) with your help, and my documents are currently under process for HEC attestation. I’m concerned if the difference in my surname will cause issues during the PR process, as I’ll be making a passport based on my current CNIC.
