Nou ik weet het niet hoor, maar dit is toch niet de bedoeling van het teken systeem, om verbindingen handmatig te maken. We hebben niet voor niks de macro’s toch? Dit zal eigenlijk in de macro voor deze verbinding in gesteld moeten kunnen worden

In tekla software big mistake is lower version model not open in new version tekla..

22 designers under my wings and they hate it all... it's the worst thing they ever came up with It already was bs in the model but doable, in the drawings it's disgracefully bad to work with

Yeah exactly. Modeling was easy because you didn't have so many options you needed to adjust but drawings its 10x more difficult which is why the panel windows are nice. Horrible choice and they need to add an option to use the old style.@@levizaman7539

The simple thing is that the shift and control work the same way as you'd use that for selecting files in the windows explorer.

Thank you so much. I`m more specialized everything that`s inside Tekla Structures. For OpenAPI I developments I use some helpers. I`m doing now Tekla online training courses and when I`m done with that, maybe I will organize OpenAPI and C# training somehow :) Let`s see

Thank you for the next podcast! In 5th chapter, 'Tekla Support' you mentioned a story with pirate version. How can a company check whether a sub-contractor is using a legal or pirate Tekla licence? Is it possible to send a query to Trimble?

sir how about you have multiple footings in different sizes say if you have 5 units Footing 1, 6 units Footing 2 i want to select only the 5 set footing 1 how can i do that? is there any command select same size footing?

yes, you can use view filters or selection filters (e.g. TEMPLATE WEIGHT Equals ....) or even better is to use Select Similar Warehouse extension warehouse.tekla.com/#/catalog/details/48767c4a-8f6a-4cfc-9b6a-85ffa8be05b3

you need to register at tekla campus as a student and you get 90days i think

The instructor tab is pretty helpful too :) Especially the short clips showing picking order of complicated macros like tube gussets and such :)

I haven`t used it much, but I can imagine that especially for new Tekla users it`s very helpful indeed. Following the bottom-left corner instructions is something that I have looked at when trying out some new tool.

How can I change default dimension and part mark style in assembly drawing, so that when create the drawing, changed style can get automatically. Thanks

sorry for the late reply. I didn`t saw the comments and now answering them all :). I would recommend of saving the default (style) settings with "Standard" name. Every time when you run Tekla and don`t load any settings, Tekla will use "Standard" settings by default. Here is one video (in Portuguese), but maybe helps you kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4jVn62Gf7GGe5I
