Hi Coach Yogini Michelle ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! My MIL did this powerful goddess exercise and stayed in it for several minutes. Then she did the same with warrior exercise and chatranga exercise and stayed in those for many minutes. And repeated the entire set of exercise many many times! I could not even hold one pose for more than 2 seconds 😟My MIL is very powerful! She have body like you wide broad shoulder, muscled arms, and very great strength in every possible way and dimension. I feel really low, weak and completely defeated.
