Not my experience sadly. I was admitted for treatment here in late July and given a completely bogus diagnosis. Absolutely nothing in the medical report I was given when discharged supported this diagnosis. The vast flaws in the report have been confirmed by 3 independent medical experts I have consulted. I have sent numerous emails to Dr Arnel Tolosa and other managers at St Luke’s asking what other evidence aside from the report - if any - they based their conclusions on. They refuse to reply, which is abysmal customer service and moreover deeply suspicious - I suspect the answer is none and they don't want to admit it. What has happened here is malpractice, pure and simple. It could also be legally defamatory, I have been advised. This mess has cost me a great deal of money, for my insurance company will now not pay out on the basis of these lies. I would advise anyone who falls ill in Manila to avoid St Luke's at all costs.
