gr8 song,,,, you can see how they had the good talent to morph the spirit within this song ,to go on to create EYE of the TIGER... gr8 vocals in their songs, ...but u must have creative talent behind the singer,,, and did have in bucket loads, ,, then you just need to be in the right place,at the right time. ......well done guys...

Fun fact: caerau was not always called caerau in the 1800s it was called “Spelter” and if you you will see spelter industrial estate in the 1910s then the name was changed to caerau

This song by Survivor was a great try to back up the popularity of Eye of the Tiger,,Survivor really took there time to make another great hit,I hear this song and,I think of the electric piano and the Darryl Hall and Oats it just wasn't enough to push it to the top, but, still an excellent song of paying your dues,

I am actually just about to move to Bridgend. It is getting bigger, but the town centre really does need to be revamped to bring people in. The mcarthurglen outlet retail park on the M4 has not helped over the last few years.

I would rather move to Norilsk than Bridgend. The only thing Bridgend is missing is a dozen of Putin's Thermobaric missiles.

Just discovered this song a few months ago by listening to a 80s countdown on Sirius XM. Sometimes the songs on those countdowns are high but did not age well. This song though only peaked at 33 but I believe it has a more timeless feel to it. Sylvester Stallone certainly thought so as he hired Survivor to write Eye of the Tiger for Rocky 3.
