Wow amazing start to your reading year already so I really hope you get through as many of your TBRs as you plan & enjoy them! 😀 My working life is set to radically change this Summer so I'm planning to join my local library and get back into my love of reading again with more time on my hands! 😁 I did actually finish a book recently, it was Because Of You by Dawn French... I picked it up second hand along with a few others and just saw the author and assumed it would be a funny comedy read! Wrong!! It was really moving and I couldn't put it down so although completely nothing like I expected I really enjoyed the read! So just goes to show... Happy reading in 2025 ❤ xx

Happy New Year! Great new updated "front page"! 😊 I am in the middle of taking down all my Christmas decs today (12th night etc!) so thank you for the break & sit down to watch your video! I know the "flat" feeling after all the festivities are over and we're in January and Winter, never a great time for me so I have only made one New Year's resolution this year and that is to just be kind to myself and make sure I start really taking care of myself both physically and mentally as I know I've let it slide in 2024 so... Here's hoping 2025 is a wonderful year for all of us ❤ xx

The only reason I keep illumicrate is because of how generous they are with their skips. I think I've only gotten two or three of their books this year in total. I'm disappointed their covers have been nothing but color swaps of the og covers. And half the time, their items don't interest me. If it wasn't for their lovely skip policy, I probably would have cancelled by now, lol
