Pete and Bas kicked the front doors straight off the house of rap, took what they wanted from inside, and squeezed it over their cocktail, making rap BETTER than it had been made in decades by anyone. It's so past fire 🔥 that there is just no word to describe these OG's .

Loved the set up of your video. Think it's the first time I saw someone have the video take up the whole background. Made your reaction very enjoyable to watch.

Calling someone a doughnut, imo, is my polite way of calling someone stupid? You, doughnut usually with a smile! Calling someone a puff, is another polite slur, imo? 👵🇬🇧🤔🤐

Two elders laid down some bars like it was nothing. These young dudes need to take note. A true artist can change their flow to match and make it their own.

He's definitely been true to himself from start to now - and the couple of early songs where he dabbled with a more commercial sound, he says he hates now 😅. It's up to us all to focus our attention on artists who do this and make the choice to stick behind them. There's a video where he shows how he created the effects in this track from the original Vera Hall sample and it blows your mind - the attention to detail and authenticity in his music is special. That would never happen with a record label team ! The story and message are beautifully told too.

You’re so right. He translates his pain into his music which is why it’s so relatable - Ren is definitely not a ‘product’. Authentic as you can get. Hopefully he can come back soon from his latest relapse. I’m fervently hoping. Thanks for your reaction, guys. ❤

Mellow and chilled - but hard bars! They are just so classy. If you are good, 7 years is a time to grow when they have put in the work. pete and bas fans need to show up and buy the album - we need a number 1 for the boys!

The cage in the background is the prison fear built for him. The shopping cart is the travel version of it. He is SEARCHING for the map to hope and the people in white have found hope. This should help you to grasp the concept he's conveying. Enjoy gentlemen.

“I never sleep because sleep is the cousin of death,” is a nod to that epic Naas line. He also gives that homage to all the living hip hop legends, which moved me so much. Really, Ren is something special. Loved this reaction. Subscribed and looking forward to checking you out. 💙👏🏻

you dudes need to do the NF Journey so this all makes sense. I'd suggest starting back from the start. It's like a long movie. You won't regret it. You don't know what you are getting into. GOd bless.

The Search literally feels like a journey we’re all on, trying to find purpose, to silence those inner demons. This isn’t just music, NF is giving us a look at life’s darkest corners, and somehow, it feels like we’re not facing them alone
