Wealthy people who can and do spend $100k - $1M on their Family vacation do NOT stay at AirBnBs. Luxury travel planners charge WAY less than 20%. There are ppl already in this space. Wealthy ppl know and have their connects. No way they're arbitrarily doling out 20-25% for chum itineraries where they have to stand in line like the rest of us browsing youtube lol.

The first two ideas are completely untenable. Any company that could pay you $50k to rent your oil drilling or underwater welding robot-which you bought for $30k-will just buy their own for $30k and cut you completely out of the loop. It’s one thing for Elon to rent his robots out and pocket the difference, but for me to buy one and subcontract it? Not a chance.

This is awesome. However, why reach out to the hotels first considering you do not know where these companies would prefer to have the retreats? Wouldn't it be better to get the company's ideal location/area for their getaway and then do your due diligence in said area to build relationships?
