I have a longer video called how to generate random sounds in fl studio that I uploaded a few weeks ago. It does not go over this patch but it goes over how to setup the randomization.

@@PostHumandubz I watched this video for the same reasons but there's nothing special about it. I wanted this patch with the phase planes and the snares. Is there a possibility to upload this patch? As I've been making music for over 20 years and I don't really know anything about randomizers. I haven't looked into it yet.

one thing though: how does the patcher affect the sample if it’s in the channel rack, not on the mixer channel of the sample? i thought patcher on the channel rack would only be applicable if its used for an actual source of sound

@@prodgrav if you are using patcher in the channel rack you can use it to modulate parameters of other vst’s such as serum or vital along side being able to process it in the channel rack. If you were to do it in the mixer channel you would only have control of audio fx. If you want it to affect a sample you would use it in the mixer channel.
