You asked for comments on this video in the email in which I received it. But I see you haven ever replied to any of the comments below. I have been formulating my own skincare for about 12 years. I always want to expand my knowledge, but I am not intersted in copying products already on the marketplace. I never take that route and was just wondering why most of your content (so far) seems to focus on that. I choose the goal of my skincare product, choose the ingredients to acheive that goal, use them at the highest recommnded supplier %, etc.

Perry you did Tresemme Naturals?! Do you have any idea how important the Alberto Culver version of Tresemme Naturals was to us natural 4b, 4c curly hair ladies? lol! It use to be a staple for me. But it seems the formula changed sometime after the sale to Unilever and it wasn't as effective (for some reason). The Alberto Culver version was so good we used to add it to water and use it as a leave-in spray conditioner. :D I remember going on a hunt for the "Alberto Culver version" to stock up. lol!

Thank you, I am from Africa and I want to formulate cosmetics for African skin using our local resources. How and where do I start?
@mdml0
@mdml0 3 жыл бұрын
First you will need to learn the basics of formulating cosmetics by reading online or joining a course. Second you will need to find local supplier of ingredients and equipment or else you will have to buy overseas. I recommend you make sure you are serious as you don't want to waste money.

I absolutely love and very much appreciate your videos! I'm 68 years old and for over 20 years, I've been making my own skin care. It started as a hobby, but now that I'm retired from a "real" job, I'm making my products for others, as well. By the way, using my own skin care has gotten me several compliments regarding my actual age versus the age I appear to others. The economy is such that I cannot afford costly courses, and so I've done, and continue to do, my own research, asking questions of professionals, and buying books on the subject of all kinds of ingredients. So, I just wanted to thank you for the information you do provide to those of us struggling to survive this economy!

!Hi Perry have ben following your online lessons, thanks for the great video. can you tell me please What is the molecular weight (in deltons) of the Hyaluronic Acid powder for skin serums? i know its not suppose to be too low cuz it causes inflammation and therefore not good for you...so what is the best number , is it 50, 000 deltons? also. i would like to mix it up with a hih molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid , since i heard its good for the topical "plump" effect . so how many deltons shouls such a Hyaluronic Acid high molecular weight powder be? hope you can answer both questions, thanks very much

Hello Perry. I am learning. Although I don't have even the slightest knowledge about this. I hope to be a cosmetic formulator with your teachings. I know I will coz you are good at what you do and I am getting a hang of everything you are saying. I want to make my own beauty products so I will buy all your books to practice
