Hi my lovely, have you tried having a hair strand allergy test? They’re fantastic, I had one a few years ago as like yourself I got to the point where everything was making me ill. The test shows you ALL allergies and intolerance including metals etc. worth a try for you and they’re not expensive xxx

Keep going ,I had covid early summer and it made me feel very nauseous which after I’d recovered still continued because of my health anxiety and my phobia of being sick It got to the point where I felt sick 24/7 and I couldn’t face people even talking on the phone gave me a panic attack 😊, I also had terrible bloating and constantly had reflux Looking back now I feel I was suffering with GAD and also feel I actually had a breakdown ,I was convinced I was I had some terrible illness I know it’s Not for everyone but I got prescribed antidepressants and decided to give them a go , the first couple of weeks my nausea and anxiety worsened which I’d read could happen but slowly I started to feel less nauseous and less like I was wired into the national grid and thankfully though a slow process I’ve started to feel normal again and able to function so keep going Georgia there is light at the end of the tunnel , lots of love ❤️

Could you manage maybe a half a cup of little cubes pieces of veg. Maybe some manukau honey in a fresh unwaxed lemon and ginger hot water. Just need tiny amounts to build yourself up 💕xxx

Hiya Georgie... this was a lovely vlog and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the horses... it makes my heart so happy that you are vlogging again (I cannot tell you how much I missed you) Bea is totally adorable and reminds me a little bit of our family dog when I was growing up... he was called Prince and he was a cocker spaniel... such a big softie (he had to put up with 5 cats... Tina, Thomas, Terry, Toby and Tabitha... all rescued from a feral stray cat by my Mum!!) We also had a blue budgie called Bertie who I taught to speak!!! Later on in life I had a pet rat called Rosie... Mum and Dad went on to rescue more pets... we had Lucy, Durley, Smudge and Simba the cats... Mutley and Spock the dogs... more budgies and cockatiels and an aviary of doves, finches and quails, we had a huge fish tank full of tropical fish... my sister had a hamster and then a rat called Homer... my Mum now has a westie/cairn cross dog called Dax... my sister had a dog called Bailey and now has a springer spaniel called Ivy... we had a small fish tank with platys and watched them give birth to small fry when my Daughter Katrina was about 6 or 7... we had a beautiful cat called Kitty who we rescued when Katrina was 3 so they grew up together and were inseparable... Kitty passed away at the end of September and we miss her terribly... she was 16 and a half years old... we still have our lil furbaby Fluffy who is my soul mate... she is a beautiful tortoiseshell cat and she is 13... I've always loved animals and when I was younger I wished for a superpower so I could communicate with animals!!! My Dad was a proper Dr Dolittle and every animal adored him... he would sit in his armchair and have a cat on his lap and one on either arm of the chair and a dog at his feet... he used to walk around wearing Tina the cat like a fur collar... she loved hanging round his neck... I found it fascinating that each animal had their own little personality and I loved all of them... it's so wonderful having so many pets but really hard when they get old and pass away... they certainly leave their mark on your heart... I love how well you've cared for and nurtured your pets... I remember the lambs you rescued that grew into lovely sheep and all your chickens... Didn't you have a goat too? I remember Adorable Arabella had a hamster who liked escaping 😂 I also remember all your dogs especially Tich... You are such a lovely lady Georgie... this has been so therapeutic for me reminiscing about past and present beloved pets... thank you for sharing your time with us xx huge hugs from Jacquie xx P.s. I know I waffle on a lot but you are so relatable... like catching up with a dear friend... thank you for taking the time to read this xx hugs xx

Hey baby girl i swear u r a carbon copy of me only i am 50 . I have tbe same issues since i was 23 so i am not going to lie its a long road. I have periods of wellness and then i take my eye of the ball and boom a few pounds drop.off in a blink . I am constantly on the go if not phyiscally then mentally i just dont shut down i need to actively find and switch the on off button. I have learnt to pace myself better but still have low energy days but i take it as it comes and just work with that days capabilities. I am on 4 non negotiable shakes a day and 4 pro cal 100ml shots which all add up to 1600 kcals but i also eat meals and snacks as and when i can which consist of my safe foods so yes breakfast can be coffee and a sweet treat and snacks can be fruit or smooties or choclate . All of this results in maintaining my weight however i do aim to gain for purely asethic reasons i dont like now i look at such a low weight either. I dont understand why they have only perscribed you 2 granny shakes as you call them per day ??? does this mean that you eat as you normally would as well. Just curious but dont worry about answering the question if ypu dont feel ypu want to share. I am just so happy that you are starting to feel better already. The holstic treatments intrest me although i have always assumed i couldnt afford the associated expense. However i know u cannot really put a price on your health so u go girl px

Hiya Georgie... That's fab news and I'm so happy for you that you're getting the help you need... it's also great that you have hypnotherapy and That's working for you... I did mention it to my Daughter Katrina but because of her autism and anxiety she finds it extremely hard to leave our home to go anywhere (we do go over to my Mum's as that's like Katrina's 2nd home!!) I know what you mean about funding for ARFID as Katrina is 19 and steps to wellbeing didn't take her on after her assessment... she did have 4 weeks of CBT from them but it didn't help her... we've been pushed from pillar to post as she is not classed as having an eating disorder even though she has ARFID... we have been told that she needs to claim PIP (Personal Independence Payment) to fund the care she needs... (I wonder if you would benefit from that too Georgie? It's worth looking into my lovely) Katrina does have an amazing social worker/therapist that she sees once a fortnight and she has looked into different funded ways to help but unfortunately has not found anything yet... it's so difficult but on a positive note Katrina hasn't had a panic attack for about a year now and has found her own way of coping with eating her safe foods... at the moment it's chicken and cucumber sandwiches on soft white bread!! Walkers ready salted crisps and chocolate yorkies... she has her "snack basket" that is always next to her with food she likes just in case she wants something different... she also has a mini fridge in her bedroom that she uses. I think you're such a brave lady sharing your food/health journey and you're an inspiration... You've always been helpful and you're such a kind soul... You offer wisdom as well as comfort to people going through the same thing as you making them feel less alone... Thank you Georgie xx You are an amazing lady xx sending you a massive hug from Jacquie xx
