I find that dancing Waltz and Foxtrot helps me not round my shoulders too much. I imagine pulling my shoulders down toward the floor, pulling my shoulders back, and pulling my chest up toward the ceiling. In the city of Denver, Colorado, the Turnverein is a nice place for dancing, but in other American cities, you have to find a different dance venue.

Hello!!! I'm so glad I discovered you! I am in the process of researching these cervical traction devices that you can get for very cheap that attached to a door or hang from a ceiling. They are used like a pulley system. Do you know anything about these ones? You seem to be the best advice for this

@@AnimalWarrior1 yes those that hang from the door are OK. Their designed to provide distraction that can relieve pressure, but it doesn’t necessarily help the curvature of your spine. In the end, it’s going to be a matter of what you need. Maybe find out from your local doctor or chiropractorthe underlying problem in your neck so that you can get the right device.

Brother, is there something you can do with the food to help you get less of these RSI injuries? Apparently a lot of people still do repetitive work but never get these injuries. Therefore, it means there is something weak in my body that can try to improve?

I experienced the same! I was 38. Now 39. I woke up and could not walk. Yes exactly what you say. I went on a diet and suddenly i after months could walk again. It was insane. It was a miracle. It is a miracle.

I bought a different one off Amazon last year, and while it didn't "force" me into better posture, I did find that it worked very well because just the feedback of wearing it reminded me to pay attention to my posture. I self-corrected more often and with more awareness simply because I was wearing it. Some of the straps are threadbare now, and I'm going to try 1 or 2 of these next, probably the Copper Corrector and the 4 Well. Thanks, Tony.

Do the 4 Well or back brace one hurt your armpits? I work in a warehouse lifting, pushing, and pulling 10-hour shifts & was thinking of wearing one of the 2 at work.

I thought I was tripping because I’m watching this video while also watching the new Godzilla movie and I just threw an error code watching someone comment about Godzilla watching the movie😂. Wasn’t sure I was on the right video thought my autoplay took me somewhere else for a second. But I bought a yoga mat and started sleeping on the floor that helped me immediately and immensely. If you don’t want to sleep on the floor, might I suggest try intentionally sleeping on your stomach so your spine may stretch the other way while you sleep sleeping on the floor and sleeping on your stomach in the bed are two things that can help with your posture while you sleep, because those are really valuable hours to realign the spine for constant a lot of good and a lot can happen when you sleep if you’re sleeping in a good or bad position

I've been using the rebuild. New 300 water baths for over 90 days started turning it down. I'm had to go all the way 0 and then stop Now i'm using the pads at 5 minutes i'm still over stimulating Switched to the pa to the left And right of my L4 L5. Do a Mat for 3 days so far. Gonna try going back to the feet friday Two minutes at zero Does that sound like a good idea? Over stimulated

Not sure everyone is different. Need to talk to your dr about this. But it’s common to have to start slow and build up if you’re feeling over stimulated.
