希望食譜幫到你啦!我會稍後安排重做重拍,多謝支持! 食譜及做法: 忌廉芝士 150g 糖 50g(可增加至20g) 淡忌廉 240g 魚膠片/粉 15g 嫩豆腐1盒(350g) 檸檬汁10g 檸檬皮 4g 餅底: 餅乾 80g(或60g) 牛油 40g 忌廉芝士加入糖拌勻 再加入檸檬汁拌勻成芝士糊備用 淡忌廉拌至8分發加入已坐溶的魚膠片拌勻 (魚膠片用冰水浸軟,魚膠粉用室溫水溶化) 嫩豆腐一盒加入忌廉芝士糊拌勻 倒入模具 放入雪櫃定形 裝飾: 水 100g 糖 10g 檸檬汁 10g 檸檬皮 1g 魚膠粉 3g 檸檬片 幾片 水煮沸加入糖拌勻(關火) 魚膠粉用室溫水溶化,倒入拌勻 加入檸檬汁,檸檬皮拌勻 再放入雪櫃凝固 Recipe and practice: Cream cheese 150g Sugar 50g (can be increased to 20g) Light Cream 240g Fish film/powder 15g 1 box of soft tofu (350g) Lemon juice 10g Lemon zest 4g Cake base: 80g (or 60g) biscuits Butter 40g Mix cream cheese with sugar Add lemon juice and mix well to make a cheese paste Mix the light cream until 8 points, add the melted fish gelatin slices and mix well (Soak fish gelatin slices in ice water, dissolve fish gelatin powder in water at room temperature) One box of tender tofu, add cream cheese paste and mix well pour into mold Put in the refrigerator to set decorate: water 100g sugar 10g Lemon juice 10g Lemon zest 1g Fish gelatin powder 3g A few slices of lemon Boil water, add sugar and mix well (turn off heat) Dissolve fish gelatin powder in water at room temperature, pour in and mix well Add lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well Put it in the refrigerator to solidify
