As someone originally from Memphis, I'm kind of offended by us being called "no town." But I guess I get it.

How did they lose sight of this? When I flew with them while it was still Northwest Orient, it was a fantastic airline! When they dropped the “Orient” and just became known as “Northwest”, service went down. I noticed shortly after, they came out with bowling shoe livery.
