Absolutely love traveling on the Chao Phraya Express boats as it is very distinctively Bangkok. ICONSIAM still remain one of my fav malls in SEA for sure.

Reminds me of the San Antonio River walk with the river taxis; although, much grander scale in Bangkok! It was our first time to Icon Siam…will definitely be back!

I have the Action 4 too, but I tend to use the Insta360 X2 that I bought years ago more. The reason is that the X2 record everything around me and I can reframe the same shot in multiple directions. The resolution is not high, but once you upscale to 4k the result is usable. Editing is very important too.

Great setup there Javier. I am using the same setup as well mainly Action 4 (now Action 5 as I just upgraded) and Pocket 3 paired with DJI Mic2. Great combo, small and light. All fit into my sling bag during travels.

Couple tips from one vlogger to another - Stop using a action camera and get a vlogging camera. Your background looks unnatural and needs blur/separation (bokeh). Also, get a good shotgun mic as this video I had to stop watching because the echo.

Can foriegeners buy condo in Laos? I'm talking about buying ( not leasing for 30-50 years / buying on Laotian wife name.)

Land use rights are similar to Thailand: Foreigners are allowed to own condominium units in Laos under the “Law on Land,” which covers the land use rights of condominiums, allowing foreigners the right to purchase and own the rights to a unit inside a condominium for the term of the agreement. You own the condo but not the land underneath. In this specific case, I believe the term duration is 62 years, after which the agreement can be renewed. You might consider this a long-term lease. The country roads in Thailand are the same as Laos. But I think Laos roads are worst. But Laos is improving. Slowly, but surely.

Thanks for video. My wife is Laotian, the prices are way too high compared to surrounding countries. This is like china, ghost buildings where no one is buying or renting. Once they realize, the prices will go down. The rooms do look clean though but so small. Appreciate the tour. The gym looks good.

This year Laos has the highest count of flooding for decades. Because of climate change. the government should build infrastructure around the zone. that is mother nature that human can't control. My prayers goes to the people who got affected.
