Pretty, however, speak more about the bones. Foundation, walls, insulation, roofing, heat, water options and esp the land. (Unless it's super expensive for the Californians) Soils, taxes, county, government stuff. Come on now.

Very nice looking home. Good floor plan and wonderful lighting. That kitchen is beautiful. Nicely landscaped back yard. Low maintenance. I wish I had waited and moved to Grangeville. It’s a great area and folks are friendly.

I often make that case to sellers. The Twin Rivers CCR's were established at a time when CCR's were reasonable. For example, they prohibit leaving trash outside to avoid attracting bears and other wildlife. They don't tell you how many scrubs you have to plant. The HOA in Twin Rivers is mainly for road maintenance. Unlike the HOA's in Boise that I wasn't too fond of, I wouldn't hesitate to buy in Twin Rivers - it's a different world here.

No need to worry about water cuts here in North Idaho! We get our irrigation straight from nature, thanks to God. The issues you're thinking of are in Eastern Idaho, which is hundreds of miles away from us. While the Snake River is nearby, the irrigation concerns in Southern Idaho don't affect us here in the north. Just take a look around at all the beautiful farmland-none of it is irrigated because we rely entirely on pure rainfall.

Here are a few other uses for canola: Animal Feed: Canola meal, a byproduct of oil extraction, is a high-protein feed for livestock. Biofuel: Canola oil can be used to produce biodiesel, which is a renewable and cleaner-burning fuel. Industrial Applications: Canola oil is used in the production of lubricants, biodiesel, and even in the manufacturing of soaps and cosmetics.

@@idahorealestate You could say the same thing about lard, walnut, corn, hemp, sun flowers etc. As long as tax payers are not forced by the government to pay for the farmer to grow it. I do not care. Problem is that most farmers get money from the government to keep the farm running. I know people do not want to hear this. But most farmers do not know what they are doing. Example: The Conola you are looking at is growing out of dirt. Not soil. Without massive amounts of imputes nothing would grow in that dirt. They are losing most of the rain to the clouds, and the plows. They will learn in due time. To bad they are learning the hard way. Many are losing their farms. Please note: The fight over water rights will never end. It does not matter the location. It is about control, Not water. Anyhow, Is this on the Spokane Valley-Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer? or some other water supply? County water? maybe?

People have lost their minds in ID and MT, You can not even farm it. The timber is not worth very much. and logging it out is not easy. Building houses on steep granite sloops is NOT fun. This is land for feels and not particle use. I am sure everyone in ID is going to enjoy paying jacked up property tax the rest of their lives and getting nothing for it.
