Hi may i know how do i do the booking when i am using unlimited city bus ticket? Thanks.

I made a booking on the 23rd of April for a 90 minute sunset cruise on the 25th of April (for 2 people). They told us on the 25th of April that the cruise could not go ahead because we were the only people who booked and that they can only go ahead with it once there is a certain minimum number of bookings They informed me they would refund me (as they MUST!) I am still waiting for my refund!!! They are ignoring my emails (I have sent 3 already!!!) I called just now and someone is "investigating" I will never book through these people again. I WILL get back my R 1,040.00
