They don’t fit in your purse after 3 months 🙄🙄. They are definitely clingy and get severe separation anxiety. My 2 are very good with our cockatiels but know to chase the bush turkeys out the yard. My boy is very picky with food needing something different every few days, doesn’t like getting his face dirty so needs a special bowl. They need strict toilet training. They bark at every little noise, and they require daily brushing and regular clipping and dental care that costs me $200 every 2 months for the girl and the boy needs sedation to be groomed every 2 months so cost much more. They are wonderful with people, pets and are the best dogs I’ve seen.

I have a Bichon . I wouid never own another! She's the worst dog I've ever owned! !!! It was probably a bad breeder. I paid a thousand for her and she's a brat!! I love her but I wouldn't wouldn't own another. I have had several dogs in my life and mutts are my favorites. I am an animal lover domestic & wild. I am a certified Wildlife Habitat.

10-12 years if you only feed them processed food. I feed my boxers for generations and live 14-16 years…. You try eating nothing but processed foods for years

We rescued a black mouth cur from a kill shelter. It is the most loving and loyal dog. After 2 weeks on decompression time... she was ready to be trained and be a part of the family. This dog loves to cuddle... where my silver lab prefers to be alone ... both just as sensitive. I will say the black mouth cur is more trainable than my labrador. More alert and in tune. But the pray drive is too much... she sees a deer and is on high alert and starts too stand upright on her leash. Glad we rescued her.

I lost my blind Chi Chico from smoke inhalation after a house fire. I wondered how long I should wait before getting another. I talked to a neighbor who's part of a rescue group, and she helped me find Kirabo (I renamed him because I didn't know his name was Patches). He curled up in horror when I called him Patches. So, I've called him Kirabo (African for gift from God) ever since. He's lying in my lap dosing as I type. He's truly my gift, and he loves Mommy as much as I love him!

My Rosie loved my kids, the night after their funeral she stayed outside and barked all night. She never did that before or after.
